Good Cleansers - Simple Ideas.


Great Kidney & Liver Flush Ideas
  • Boiled water, fresh lemon slice (squeezed into water if you like the sharp taste!)
  • Take morning and evening daily to keep your flush working
  • For extra goodness add spoonful of natural honey for its antibacterial effects
Liver Flush Tea
  • One part boiled water
  • One part carrot juice
  • One part dandelion tea
  • Take two to three times daily before food for a week
Cranberries are known for their healing action on water infection I like to drink:
  • Half glass cranberry juice
  • Half glass carrot juice
  • You don't have to have an infection just a nice preventative juice, tastes yummi!
Stomach irritations
  • Fennel tea is good for gassy stomach, digestive probs and constipation
  • Ginger Tea is good for sickness or digestive problems
  • Lemon Balm (natural leaves is best) good for depression/stress and digestion
  • Nettle is good for arthritus and also a diuretic
